From Sea Container to Poolhouse
The big advantage of a sea container is that it is movable and in principle you do not need a building permit.
The condition is that you stay within the 40 m2 surface area.
You also do not have to provide a foundation because we place concrete piles on each corner of the poolhouse container upon delivery, which is sufficient to place it safely.
If you want utilities such as water / electricity, we ask you to provide them for the day of installation.
